Just for help.
I can make IRD on the warmerise, since I was too lucky to make one clan when the requirement was 5k XP. Now I can edit it's name.

If we wanted to, we could just have Strips make it. He has over 50k xp. Having a member create it wasn't what we decided to do. Wouldn't make sense to have someone who wasn't a member create it.
