I want to play CS:GO. But cant purchase it by steam cuz I dont have paypal or something.
Any idea?

It usually stands for Over Powered', like in a game where something is SUPER good. Like the AWP in Counter Strike.

But people also just use it when someone does something really good as a meme.

I would say the AWP is OP but i suck with it. But it kills so fast and requires less skill to use. IMO it would be a lot more balanced if they only put the chicken sniper in there. That way long range kills could only be made with skill, its a very balanced weapon

If you are unskilled and trying to use the awp, i will kill you every. single. time. with out even a second thought.

Honestly in my opinion the AWP takes the most skill to use EFFECTIVELY. Me and my Buddy Riks won a game of D2 against 4 smurfs after being down 7 rounds. Why? I was able to use the AWP so well i got 3-4k's for every single round until the end of the game. Dropped nearly 40 kills, and pulled the win by 3 rounds.

yes, i never said it doesnt require skill. I said it requires LESS skill and kills fast, as opposed to the chicken sniper. the AWP in the hands of a skilled player will be unstoppable, but just the fact that it is so efficient at destroying long range competition makes it over powered in my opinion
